Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase and do our best to get make sure it's perfect when it goes out the door. However if you find its broken or damaged you have 15 days from receipt of your order to let us know you want to send it back. Email us on returns@thepublicans.co.uk telling us what the problem is and send you postage label. As soon as we receive the item we'll refund you the cost of the item.
